Jens Erickson joined Dell’Oro Group in 2018 and is responsible for account management and expanding business for the Western United States, Canada, Latin America and Caribbean. He is committed to understanding client’s needs and expectations and delivering solutions that enable them to meet and exceed their goals. The accounts he manages include communications service providers, vendors to the communications marketplace, investment firms, and government departments.
Prior to joining Dell’Oro Group, Mr. Erickson spent over a decade in sales in the market research industry working with large global accounts. He used his consultative approach working for companies such as Global Market Insite (now Lightspeed Research), Authentic Response and SSI (Now Dynata). He also sold business intelligent solutions SAS and Business Objects to large enterprise companies.
Mr. Erickson received his B.S. degree in Accounting from California State University, East Bay. He has also been involved with many market research organizations and was the president of the Northwest Insights Association in 2015 and 2016.
